New Year, New Features for SlickDNS

We’re pleased to announce the biggest update to SlickDNS since it launched in mid-2012.

Here is a quick summary of improvements:

• The domain record editor has been completely rewritten as single-page application, making it much faster and more responsive when managing records for your domains.
• You can now import and export domain records using the standard BIND-style “zone” file format.
• Name server delegations for SlickDNS managed domains are now displayed, and checked every 30 minutes, making it easy for you to see at a glance whether your domains have been delegated to SlickDNS or an external DNS service.
• A compact list view option has been added to the domains summary page.

A major new feature is the addition of integrated website and server uptime monitoring. This is a free upgrade for all paid SlickDNS accounts. See the monitoring help page for more details.
